Industrial park roads, factory access roads, building corridors, and underground utility tunnels are often large in space, complex in structure, span multiple floors, and have unpredictable obstacle distribution. The TRON2 perception kit provides stable input for indoor and outdoor cross-floor 3D mapping, precise positioning, and navigation through its high-precision, high-line-count, and high-point-frequency point cloud capabilities, helping robots to more reliably understand their surroundings during inspections.

If industrial proof-of-concepts (POCs) need to be built step by step, starting with SLAM, positioning, etc., it will consume a lot of development time and slow down the POC and project verification progress. The TRON 2 perception kit encapsulates the navigation capabilities commonly used in inspections, allowing users to perform mapping, route configuration, and autonomous navigation verification out of the box.
